I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Disability Access, Non-Smoking for 4 nights. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Plus, the refrigerator and TV worked perfectly, a refreshing change from past experiences at other hotels.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was perfect. The team provided a great service and the room was immaculately clean and brand-new with the same old TV and a microwave, for example. All of the staff were attentive, empathetic. Our experience here was perfectly pleasant.

The staff was very polite and location was marvellous. The rooms with a modern decor.

The room was super clean & comfy 🙌 Loved that I had a nice fridge and a working TV. Only downside was not enough storage space for my stuff. Would come back for sure!

The hot water functioned well throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues. The floor felt sticky and the bathroom cleanliness was questionable, with leftover soap in the shower. I found the beds uncomfortable, lacking the support necessary for a decent night's sleep.

The newly renovated room was fresh and inviting, contributing to a comfortable stay.

The noise from outside was quite disturbing, particularly during the night.

I can't even begin to express my 'delight' at the sticky floor and the lovely odor of a cleaner that just masked the dirt. It would've been too much to ask for a friendly staff member who understood my concerns and offered an upgrade or some form of compensation, wouldn't it? Looks like I just couldn't return here again, what a shame.

The staff were accommodating, especially when I requested a room on the ground floor due to my physical disability. The location is just 15 minutes from Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, providing great access to local attractions.

No coffee maker.

The location was convenient, being just a short distance from the airport and easy access to AT&T Stadium for any events. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were cute, helping set apositive tone for our stay.

Unfortunately, the room had a lingering smell of cigarettes despite being labeled as non-smoking.

The location was great. We were close to restaurants and parks. It made our family getaway enjoyable!

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly amenities.
